ForSite Design Limited will not be liable

profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious
action, arising from or in connection with the use of nettsales.com.
ForSite Design Limited does not warrant
that functions contained in nettsales.com content will be
uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected,
or that nettsales.com or the server that makes it available
are free of viruses or bugs.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution
to nettsales.com (including any text, photographs, graphics,
video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution,
that:
4.1 you warrant that your contribution;
4.1.1 is not defamatory; and
4.1.2 does not infringe any law; and
4.2 indemnify the ForSite Design Limited
against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that
may be incurred by ForSite Design Limited as a result of
your breach of the above warranty.
About the law: You may not submit any
defamatory or illegal material of any nature on nettsales.com.
This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.
Contributing material with the intention
of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe
the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark,

terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full
force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
